You can verify that a vendor is an independent service provider or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Independent repairers have access to genuine Apple parts and repair resources. Independent repairers do not offer repairs covered by Apple warranty or AppleCare* plans, but may offer their own repair warranty. Australia: The rights described in this policy with respect to returns, refunds and warranties are in addition to the statutory rights you have under the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
